Novantum Advisory Group provides strategic advisory services, including systems resilience and institutional transformation consulting; Humanitarian–Development–Peace (HDP) nexus advisory; philanthropy, social investment, and impact finance advisory; leadership and organizational agility development; and knowledge and decision intelligence services.
Our services are offered to governments, international organizations, foundations, impact investors, and private‑sector clients. Use of the site and our services requires that you are at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to contract. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

Novantum provides strategic advisory services across resilience, HDP nexus advisory, philanthropy and impact finance, leadership and organizational agility, and knowledge and decision intelligence. Specific deliverables and scopes are set out in separate engagement agreements.

You must be 18 years or older and have legal capacity to enter contracts to use our services. By using the services you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Some features require account creation. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, maintain security of account credentials, accept responsibility for activity under your account, and notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion if we believe a user has breached these Terms or engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity.
5. Use of Services
You may use our services only for lawful purposes and must not violate laws or regulations, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service integrity or performance, collect information about other users without consent, or use automated means to extract data.

You should conduct your own due diligence and obtain additional professional advice as necessary. Our services do not constitute legal, accounting, or tax advice.
8. Confidentiality
We will maintain confidentiality of non‑public information you provide and use it only to provide services, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Confidentiality obligations survive termination. We may disclose information as required by law or with your consent.
9. Payment Terms
Fees and payment schedules are specified in engagement agreements. Unless otherwise stated, fees are in US Dollars and exclude taxes. Late payments may incur interest, and we may suspend services for non‑payment. You will reimburse reasonable, pre‑approved expenses incurred in providing services.
10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novantum is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, or damages from reliance on our services.
Our total liability for claims related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions limit exclusions of certain warranties or damages; in such cases liability is limited only as permitted by law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Novantum, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of our services, or any content you submit.
