For applicants to the Novantum Affiliate program or Advisory network membership

To establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
To investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, or situations involving potential threats to physical safety.
We also reserve the right to disclose personal information to investigate violations of our Terms and Conditions or other agreements, or as otherwise required or permitted by law.
If Novantum merges with another organization, is acquired, or undergoes a business transition, your personal information will be acquired by or transferred to that organization.
Disclosures That You Control

Changes to Policy

We will post the amended Privacy Policy on the Site and update the "Effective Date" at the top of this Policy. The amended Privacy Policy will automatically be effective 30 days after it is initially posted on the Site. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
